When will my package be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of placement. (Note: Back-ordered or pre-order items may take longer.) Packages are usually delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and any unforeseen delays.

What should I do if I never receive my package?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, email us at service@Orbit-edc.com
 with your order number. We’ll investigate the shipping status for you.
if your package is confirmed lost in transit, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
What’s your Return and Refund Policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased on the Orbit website, you may return it in its original packaging for a refund within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
