Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy, Suppose you are unsatisfied with the products you purchased on Orbit website. In that case, you may return the product in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
the item is defective,
the item is damaged, or
you received the wrong item.
This will allow us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard policy, returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
