After extensive structural refinement and track tuning, Bigdan presents the Mini Hibernation Pod — a compact EDC featuring our proprietary “Squeak Track”, two body materials, and interchangeable inlay designs.

Designed to balance tactile feedback, visual appeal, and everyday portability.

Proprietary “Squeak Track”

The ultra-dense teeth create an exceptionally smooth and fluid push with minimal resistance.

Slow Push delivers a light, crisp mechanical sound.

Fast Push produces a distinctive electric-current-like sound with a more energetic character.

Controlled track clearance helps maintain a stable and consistent feel during long-term use.

Two Body Materials

PEEK Edition

A lightweight engineering material with excellent self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties, delivering an exceptionally smooth track experience.

Its fine matte texture and lightweight construction make it ideal for everyday carry and extended play.

Cupronickel Edition

A classic metal material with a substantial hand feel and excellent oxidation resistance.

Its stronger vibration transmission creates a fuller, richer sound when combined with the Squeak Track. Long-term handling can also develop a unique natural patina.

Custom Inlay Designs

Each inlay features a titanium alloy base with three metal accents:

Brass — Bright, warm, and vintage-inspired.

Cupronickel — Refined silver tone with excellent oxidation resistance.

Pure Copper — Develops a distinctive natural patina over time.

The compact design fits easily into a pocket, wallet, or key pouch.

Rounded CNC-machined edges provide a comfortable grip without sharp edges, making it ideal for one-finger or thumb operation.
