to maximize space efficiency,
to ensure easy and comfortable portability,
to provide all-around protection,
and to create a design with a premium look and feel that could stand up to close scrutiny.

The final NI Pouch successfully achieves all of these goals.

## 01 — Materials & Texture

The entire NI Pouch is made from high-quality, wear-resistant microfiber leather. We chose this material because it perfectly balances the luxurious feel of genuine leather with durability and abrasion resistance that surpass real leather — exactly what a great carrying pouch requires.

Many top luxury brands also use microfiber leather as a core material because it is more durable and stable over time. The microfiber leather selected for the NI Pouch is thick, substantial, and exceptionally refined. The weight and texture in hand have already received unanimous praise from friends around me. Once you hold it yourself, you’ll immediately understand its quality.

## 02 — Exterior Design

The NI Pouch features a classic golden-ratio design, with dimensions of 13 cm × 8.5 cm × 6 cm, giving it a timeless and balanced appearance.

The extra thickness was intentionally designed to accommodate larger and thicker EDC toys. Compared to a standard clutch pouch, it offers significantly more storage capacity while still maintaining a comfortable and ergonomic grip.

The four corners are reinforced with strengthened stitching. This not only improves the pouch’s structure and support, but also better protects the edges of the metal toys inside while greatly enhancing the pouch’s overall durability and wear resistance.

## 03 — Internal Structural Design

This is truly the soul of the NI Pouch.

The design was inspired by the classic “volcano bag” layout . This layered storage structure is practically the perfect solution for organizing EDC toys.

Thanks to its increased thickness, the NI Pouch can easily accommodate push cards and spinning tops of various sizes and thicknesses, making it far more versatile and adaptable.

## 04 — Storage Capacity

The pocket dimensions were carefully planned:

* The smaller pockets are compatible with mainstream toys within 5 mm × 6 mm dimensions.
* The larger pockets can comfortably fit toys up to 10 mm × 6 mm, including knife-pendant styles.

## 05 — Craftsmanship

Finally, I’d like to share a bit of the story behind the NI Pouch so everyone can better understand the value behind it.

Creating a truly high-quality custom pouch is far more complicated than most people imagine. From initial concepts and repeated prototyping to material selection (including leather, hardware colors, and textures), mold development, and embossing — every step requires tremendous effort and attention to detail.

Even this final confirmed sample represents countless hours of skilled craftsmanship. Every refined process depends heavily on the artisan’s experience and dedication, which is exactly what makes handmade custom products so valuable.

To ensure consistent quality in mass production, we invested in precision metal molds for efficient and accurate leather cutting. Even so, the stitching and assembly processes still rely heavily on skilled handcrafting. The true cost of handmade leather goods lies in this craftsmanship and labor.
