Sick EDC approached NINI EDC with the idea of creating a collaborative storage pouch. As a designer with a distinctive sense of style, Sick brought a clear vision to the table. After several rounds of discussion, we decided to create the **Ni S Diamond Pattern Portable Pouch**—a bag that can be worn crossbody, accommodates small folding knives, features a plush and structured silhouette, and combines timeless fashion with everyday practicality.

The exterior is crafted from microfiber leather with a quilted embroidered padding process, creating full, three-dimensional diamond patterns that feel substantial and luxurious in hand.

The pouch can be freely customized and combined using spring clasps. To help users express their personal style, Y.N carefully selected eight color options, including both timeless classics and vibrant summer-inspired shades.

In addition to being carried by hand or configured in DIY combinations, the pouch can also be worn crossbody. The shoulder strap features a widened shoulder section for enhanced comfort, preventing pressure and discomfort during extended wear. Lightweight, practical, and stylish, it is the perfect companion for summer outings.

For the interior, alongside the practical 2+3 pocket configuration, we have also introduced a dedicated 2+1 layout specifically designed for carrying small folding knives. Folding knife enthusiasts won't want to miss this feature.

Once the design was finalized, production began—but we quickly discovered that this composite material demanded an exceptionally high level of craftsmanship. Every diamond-pattern stitch had to align perfectly. If the sewing machine ran even slightly too fast or the stitch spacing varied by the smallest amount, the stitching would become misaligned and the entire panel would have to be discarded. This is work that only highly skilled craftsmen can accomplish.

After receiving the finished products, I personally conducted two additional rounds of quality inspection with a single standard in mind: **perfect condition**. Out of more than 500 pieces initially cut and prepared for production, only a little over 300 met our final quality requirements.

Production numbers are limited, but every piece reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
