Mech-Inspired Shell & DIY Details

Sharp contours and angular detailing give SINX a clean, robotic appearance. Four rear slots allow DIY glow-tube customization, adding a personal visual touch to the shell.

BuckyBall Rebound System

The BuckyBall rebound system adds a distinct vibration to each interaction. Remove the BuckyBall to switch to a quieter, springy bounce, offering a different sound and tactile feel.

Mechanical & Magnetic Modes

Switch between one-way mechanical and one-way magnetic operation, or explore linked movement that combines mechanical feedback with BuckyBall interaction.

The flip mechanism allows linked mechanical–magnetic play and pure magnetic play to coexist. A locking stopper secures either pure mechanical or pure magnetic mode for a more focused experience.

Two Track Configurations

Two track configurations create different combinations of resistance and return:

• Standard Track: Mechanical push-out with mechanical return.
• Long-Stroke Rhythm Track: Mechanical push-out with BuckyBall magnetic return, combining firm resistance with a softer return feel.

The rhythm track is designed around the hidden magnetic-return mode. During linked play, this behavior is triggered by locking the center post when spring force exceeds magnetic force.

Modular Construction & Refined Fit

Separate magnet modules allow worn magnets to be replaced without replacing the entire shell, simplifying maintenance.

The updated CNC version features refined tolerances that reduce internal play while preserving the rebound action.
