TIGER BEETLE is STABLE EDC’s first product aimed at breaking into a broader market this year — the spinning top world’s first fierce little beast that can spin, run, and jump!

Design Concept

Design Inspiration:
The overall shape was inspired by the predatory antennae of beetles. During the design process, the form was continuously refined based on the top’s future accessory and playability features, while also incorporating the silhouette of a traditional Chinese double-headed axe.

Name Origin:

The combination of antenna-like styling and the powerful presence of a double-headed axe inspired the name “TIGER BEETLE.” The tiger beetle is also one of the fastest insects on land, which reflects the nature of our spinning top itself — small in size, yet incredibly aggressive in speed and handling.

Design Highlights

Highlight 1: Hollow Interlocking Structure

Can be worn with a cord as an accessory (the top is compact and lightweight, similar in size to a jade pendant, while its symmetrical design maintains an elegant appearance).
Provides an amplifying acoustic effect, producing a crisper sound during play.

Highlight 2: Bead Slot DesignCompatible with 8 mm beads, allowing for additional customization and enhanced gameplay possibilities.
